Hello and welcome! I’m Aimee, a Cranial Therapist (also known as Craniosacral Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy or CST). Please note I voluntarily deregistered in good standing as an osteopath and cranial osteopath, and no longer call myself an osteopath in accordance with the Osteopaths Act. I love helping my patients from Brighton & Hove and the surrounding areas of East and West Sussex.

I thoroughly enjoy my job as a cranial therapist, helping people like you get better as quickly as possible. I’m passionate about getting you moving better and feeling better as quickly as possible.

As a cranial therapist I love working with people of all ages from babies to teenagers and adults in later life. My aim is to restore your body to optimum health, and give you advice and work together with you, so you can live life to the full again.

Originally I qualified as an osteopath in 2010 and worked in clinics in Essex and ran my own successful clinic in Southend. I moved to the South Coast in 2013 and worked in Worthing for 4 years as well as starting my own clinic in Hove.

Then after much deliberation , I voluntarily de-registered as an Osteopath in 2020, because I felt it was the right time for me to do so, allowing me to grow my clinic in a different direction. I continue to work in my own clinic in Hove, using the same approaches and treatment principles as I always have done to help you recover from your aches and pains.

For my training and qualifications, see below.

I appreciate it can sometimes be daunting coming to see a therapist, so I am more than happy to chat through your problem on the phone first to see if I am the right person to help you.

It’s about problem solving, working out why you have symptoms and what can be done to prevent them recurring.

About Cranial Therapy / Craniosacral Therapy / CST

Cranial Therapy also known as Cranial Sacral Therapy & Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a safe, gentle and effective type of manual therapy with hands on treatment. It gives a total body approach, which works to find the cause of your problem. During your initial session you will have a thorough consultation and examination so you will be diagnosed, treated and given advice on how to improve your symptoms.

Treatment looks at your whole body, including joints, muscles, fascia, ligaments and more, giving you a total package of care, and my patients have found it very effective in helping them with their issues.

Cranial Therapy is gentle and suitable for all patients from newborns to adults & pregnant mums, to the elderly. Treatment involves the therapist placing their hands gently on different areas of your body.

It’s a very relaxing form of care, and although some people think of cranial therapy for helping babies and children, I use it with all my adult patients who report very good results.
